A team is more than just the sum of its players. It has its own rhythm, its own memories of matches, and its own logic behind rotations and training loads. Whether it’s a neighbourhood team, a school team, an academy team or a professional team—each operates in its own way, and the life:)on platform adapts to that rhythm. Below is a breakdown of exactly what a team gets as a space on the platform.

01 — Warehouse

Team composition and roles

List of players with positions, numbers, and roles: captain, vice-captain, foreign player, reserve. A separate outline for the coaching staff: head coach, assistant coach, physiotherapist, analyst. For academies: parent profiles with full access to the child's events and protocols. Each player confirms themselves via an invitation link or QR code, without manual table entry.

02 — Calendar

Training, matches, and training camps

Calendar with event types — training, friendly match, league match, cup, training camp. Players receive a push notification immediately, with the location, time, and squad the coach plans to field. One-tap participation confirmation. Integration with Google Calendar for players. Match waiting list for the reserve squad.

03 — Protocol

Quick match entry from your phone

Goals, assists, cards, substitutions, fouls — in real-time, during the match. One-handed interface: large buttons, minimal clicks. Option to delegate input to an assistant (parent, statistician) while the coach manages the game. After the match — an automatic summary with a full timeline of events. No paper record, no re-writing at a table in the evening.

04 — Statistics

Team season and player profile

Team statistics: matches played, wins and losses, goals scored and conceded, form over the last 5 matches. Player profile: minutes on the pitch, goals, assists, cards, progress over seasons. Graphs for the week, month, and entire season. A player sees their statistics, and they remain in their profile forever, even if they transfer to another team tomorrow.

05 — Health

Load, injuries, readiness

Load tracking by players to avoid overtraining. Injury log with recovery and check-up reminders. For academies, medical data as a closed loop: coach can see it, parent can see it, no one from the team or directory can see it. Pre-match readiness check – players respond in the app, coach sees the overview immediately.

06 — Challenges

Opponent nearby and tournaments

Challenge to another team: «Looking for an opponent for Saturday, amateur level, our pitch.» Search for opponents nearby using filters: sport type, level, distance. Catalogue of open tournaments from local cups to student leagues. Applying for a tournament without paperwork: the team registers, the organiser sees the roster, and confirms participation.

07 — Public Page

How the team sees the world

A dedicated open-access page, no login required. Visible to rival players, fans, scouts, and journalists. Team name, location, founding year, team avatar. Metrics: matches, wins, cups, fans. Sections: history, achievements, photo album, upcoming match schedule, season statistics. A «Cheer» button – fans can follow matches without registering with the team.

08 — Fan Clubs

Official team fan clubs

A fan club is a separate entity run by fans, which is then confirmed as official by the team. Fans create a page, apply for status, and the team owner confirms it in the admin panel. Multiple official fan clubs for the same team are possible – for example, a separate club in Lviv and another in Kyiv. The team does not moderate fan content but can revoke official status if the club violates platform rules.

What else does the platform offer teams?

Team finances

Accounting for contributions, training fees, shared expenses for kit and travel. Transparent for all participants.

Chat and announcements

Event-driven team chat. Coach announcements with «read» confirmations. Instead of messenger groups.

Import from Telegram or Excel

Transferring contacts via QR or invitation link. Importing match history from a table – the file format will be indicated by the system.

Data security

Medical data of minors as a closed circuit. Parental consent is mandatory upon registration and can be withdrawn at any time.

The first questions that arise

Can a command be transferred from a Telegram chat or another messenger?

Right. All that's needed is to create a team and share an invitation link or QR code – each player confirms themselves, adding their photo, phone number, and position on the field. Importing match history from Excel or another spreadsheet is done separately: the file format and fields will be suggested during setup. The entire transfer process takes an evening, not a week.

What about the data of children in sports schools and academies?

For players under 18 years of age, registration requires confirmation from a parent or guardian. A separate parent/guardian profile will be created, granting full access to the child's events, records, and finances. Consent for data processing is mandatory when registering a minor, according to Data Protection Act, it can be revoked at any time via your profile. Medical data (injuries, contraindications, health groups) as a closed loop: the coach sees it, the parent sees it, no one on the team or in the directory sees it.

How does payment work?

The platform is under active development. At this stage, pilot free access is being offered to teams that join via a waitlist. The pricing model is being shaped alongside the first users: consideration is being given to a model where basic functionalities within a team remain free, while separate layers become paid – inter-team interaction, analytics for scouts, and video and GPS integrations for a professional level. No decisions have been made yet, this is an honest acknowledgement.

What sports are supported?

The platform's architecture is customised for the team's sport: statistics fields, event types, and player roles differ for football, basketball, hockey, or volleyball, but the logic remains the same. Initially, there is no focus on a specific sport: teams join via a waitlist, demand accumulates, and then specialised templates are launched for these sports. A wishlist can be specified during registration – this affects the order of priority. If you don't play in a team but train individually – here App for active athletes.

How do I become an official fan club for a team?

Fans create a fan club page as a separate entity, not as a sub-page of a team. They then apply for official status from a specific team: the team owner confirms or rejects it in the admin panel. Several official fan clubs for the same team are possible – for example, a separate club in Lviv and a separate club in Kyiv. The team does not moderate the fan club's content, but can revoke official status if the club violates platform rules.
